Fitness Academy

The Fitness Academy at Golf Body Performance Center is proud to incorporate the Titleist Performance Institute’s (TPI) Golf Conditioning Program. Our golf-specific training programs are designed to condition the body for optimum golf performance. We begin with a physical, functional movement evaluation and golf swing motion analysis using traditional video or the 3D swing analysis with Kinematic Sequence. Using the evaluation results, our experts design a customized workout program that will improve your balance, flexibility, mobility, stability, core strength, overall strength, speed, and muscular endurance.

All Instructors at Golf Body Performance Center are certified by the Titleist Performance Institute.

Eagle Program

1st session

  • 3D swing analysis with Kinematic Sequence
  • Bio feedback swing session
  • 11 page skill check report
  • TPI golf specific physical/functional evaluation
  • Power Output measurements
  • The first session will take approximately 2 hours.

2nd session

  • Detailed Report of Findings, swing characteristics and custom demo workout session

3rd – 14th sessions

  • Twelve (12) – 50 minute personal golf fitness training sessions with a GBPC trainer

15th session

  • TPI physical/functional re-evaulation

Birdie Program

1st session

Group Golf Fitness Classes

Improve your strength, flexibility, range of motion, core strength and balance for golf.  Men’s and women’s classes available with a student-instructor ratio of 4:1. Pick form classes with 6, 8 or 10 sessions.

My 16 yr old daughter who is 5’2” and 115 lbs started strength training at the Golf Body Performance Center in January of 2006. After about two and a half months of training she is now hitting her 6 iron approx. 150 yards, an increase of roughly 8-10 yards. She has now also incorporated a 3-metal with men’s regular flex shaft into the bag which she can carry approx 195 yards. The core fitness training she is receiving is helping her tremendously and I’m sure will lower her scores as she plays in higher level tournaments from much farther distances.

Since starting the fitness program recommended by Helen 8 months ago I have seen tremendous improvement in my balance, posture, and overall golf swing. I have shaved at least 8 to 10 strokes off my scores. I have much more confidence and control in my approach to each shot. After years of lessons and hours of practice it was the golf fitness that finally allowed me to break into the 80s
which had long been a goal of mine. The golf fitness program is something that I look forward to and it has become part of my overall workout routine.
