Golf Performance Mental Training Classes

Take your best self to the golf course! Learn how to improve your concentration and focus while managing your thoughts, emotions and tension resulting in LOWER SCORES and MORE FUN! The class will consist of classroom presentations, student-centered exercises, interaction and on-course application of skills. We will use the most up-to-date tools and techniques from Vision 54, GolfPsych, Mental Golf Workshop and HeartMath.

Level I

You will learn:

    • techniques for improving your concentration and focus
    • skills for building a strong pre-shot and post-shot routine
    • techniques for “quieting your analytical mind”
    • your dominant learning style

Level I includes 2 sessions – 2 hours each – of classroom and driving range application.

Sunday, January 29th  & February 5th     11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Tuition:  139 (balls and classroom materials included)

Level II 

(must have attended Level I)
will include:

    • On-course application (5-7 holes per session) at Sunset Hills Golf Course
    • Video taping, review and feedback
    • Application of Dominant Learning style in “sensory mode” while playing
    • Recommendations and practice assignments for improvement

Level II  includes 3 sessions – 2 hours each – of warm-up and golf course application.

Saturday, March 17th, 24th & 31st     10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Tuition:  Adults 259 & Juniors 199 (includes: course fees, balls, classroom material & book)
